FSA’s Florida Legislative Session Recap Webinar, is the premier post-Session event dedicated to Florida stormwater legislation! The webinar examined the impact of this year’s Special Sessions that jumpstarted the fast-paced 2025 Legislative session, analyzed the stormwater and environmental policy bills that were introduced (both successfully and unsuccessfully), and provided insights into what to expect for 2026.  Attendees had the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the future of state water policy, anticipate new regulations that may require increased efforts and resources, and explore potential changes to water quality improvement programs in Florida. The webinar was brought to FSA members free of charge thanks to the sponsorship of Applied Sciences.

Continuing Education: To be eligible for continuing education credits, attendees had to be registered for the webinar. Each registrant received a unique link to join, which should not have been shared. Attendees were required to participate in the full one-hour live webinar (as tracked by the webinar platform) to receive a certificate of attendance from FSA. Certificates were emailed to those who attended the complete live session within one week following the webinar. FSA cannot offer partial credit for the webinar.

FSA is a designated continuing education provider (Provider #0003854) for the Florida Board of Professional Engineers - Professional Engineers are eligible to receive 1 PDH. Florida Certified Floodplain Managers are eligible to receive 1 CEC. The Webinar has also been approved by EnviroCert for 1 credit.
