Exhibitor Opportunities
Located adjacent to the Track A and Track B meeting rooms, the Exhibit Hall serves as a central networking hub where attendees gather during scheduled breaks. Exhibitors also participate in the welcome reception, which includes attendee door prizes and increased booth traffic.

Emerging Technologies™ Only FSA exhibitors are eligible to participate in FSA's Emerging Technologies session, Shark Tank Style! This session provides exhibitors with a unique opportunity to showcase the latest developments in technologies and services. The session will include exhibitor presentations followed by attendee voting to select the best pitch and product. The winning presentation will be highlighted in FSA's July newsletter distributed to FSA’s 5,000+ member contacts. This session will be held Thursday afternoon during the FSA Annual Conference and only registered exhibitors are eligible to submit a presentation for consideration. Only presentations that highlight a new "emerging” product or service in the stormwater industry will be selected to participate.
Exhibit Hall Schedule, Layout and Booth Assignment The final Exhibit Hall Layout will not be completed until June. Booth selection will not be requested on the registration form. Booth assignments will be made by FSA in May based on registration, booth type and overall plan balance. Exhibitors will receive their booth locations once assignments are finalized.

*Beverage Stations will be located inside the Exhibit Hall with main buffets located in the foyer. Please note that schedule and layout are subject to change.
Additional Exhibit Notes:
- Workshop access is not included with Exhibit Hall registration and must be purchased separately.
- Each booth includes registration for one representative. Up to two additional representatives may be added (maximum three per booth) at $200 each.
- One booth per organization to maximize exhibitor variety.
- Booths are assigned by FSA on a first-come, first-served basis within each tier.
Exhibit Cancellation Policy: Refunds (less a $250 processing fee) will be issued for cancellations received in writing on or before May 15, 2026. Unfortunately, no refunds can be granted for cancellations received after May 16, 2026, as FSA will have already incurred the cost of registration.
