Cancellation and Refunds: No refunds, credits or transfers of course fees will be given for cancellations received less than 10 days before a course begins or if a registrant fails to attend a course. Refunds of course fees (minus a $25 processing fee) will be given if cancellations are received in writing at least 10 days prior to the start of a course. In the event that a registrant is not able to attend a course, registrant and their employers are encouraged to send substitute personnel. There is no charge when substituting personnel from the same organization.
