How long have you been a member of FSA (years)?
My company has been a member for about 4 years but I have been involved previously at some other positions.

Have you served FSA in the past?
I am currently on the Board (requesting approval for another term) and serve on the Membership Committee.

What abilities and attributes can you bring to the Board?
I bring strong organizational and communication skills as I have proven in my time on the Board thus far by bringing in multiple new members and establishing strong relationships with FSA leadership.  I have experience serving on both professional and volunteer boards and understand how to execute strategic planning goals while staying under budget.

What background and experience do you have in the stormwater industry?
I have been in the stormwater field for over 10 years since I started my professional career in the FDEP Nonpoint Source Grant Section. I have since moved into the private sector now serving Cummins Cederberg as their Grants and Funding Leader and supporting on strategic permitting for waterfront projects. Being with a coastal engineering firm has allowed me to bring a unique perspective to the stormwater world where we are seeing more connections with resilience planning and stormwater management.

Why do you want this Board position?
I am passionate about volunteering. I think I could bring a unique perspective coming from a coastal engineering firm.
