Seminar Safety Plan

FSA and the Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area, an IHG hotel, are committed to making the 2021 FSA Fall Seminar a safe event with your health top-of-mind. Below are highlights of the safety plan we are enacting onsite along with the Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs Area.

  • Seminar registration is capped at 120 attendees to allow for social distancing in the Seminar and social events.
  • Onsite check in and registration will be minimal touch.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the public areas of the hotel and meeting areas.
  • Current hotel policy requires guests & staff to wear face coverings in all indoor locations regardless of vaccination status. (as of 8-1-21)
  • Participants will be able to visually identify their comfort-level with the following designations:
    • Red = Distance Please
    • Yellow = Elbows Only
    • Green = High-Fives & Handshakes
  • Food & Beverage: Plated meals will be served covered until placed on the table in front of each individual guest, and the lid is removed. Boxed meals will be served by an attendant. Drinks during plated meals will be served by an attendant. All Servers will be wearing gloves and masks.
