FSA invites you to participate as an exhibitor or sponsor of Florida's premier stormwater conference. FSA's 2023 Annual Conference will be held June 14-16, 2023 at the Sanibel Harbour Marriott in Ft. Myers, Florida. Below please find the Exhibitor and Sponsor opportunities and benefits for the conference.
Exhibitor Opportunities
Exhibitor Registration - $750 Member / $950 Non-Member
The Exhibit Hall is centrally located for easy access during session breaks, breakfast, lunch and the welcome reception where attendees gather to network. The exhibitor registration includes an 8' x 10' carpeted space, standard electric, a skirted table, two chairs, waste basket and one Exhibit Hall Pass (all Conference meals included). Additional Exhibit Hall Passes are $175 each - a $300 value! The benefits of exhibiting include: access for one representative in the exhibit hall - all meals included, an opportunity to present in the Emerging Technologies™ session, a listing in the FSA Conference App, and a final list of Conference attendees.
Emerging Technologies™
Only registered exhibitors have an opportunity to present in the Emerging Technologies™ session during the FSA Annual Conference. FSA's practice of showcasing the latest developments in technologies and services in the private sector will continue with a session during the Conference on Thursday afternoon. Only presentations that highlight a new product or service that is “emerging” in the stormwater industry will be selected to participate in the session.
