Draft NPDES Phase II Regulations

A draft Phase II stormwater regulation should be released by EPA early this month.

Public discussion of the proposed regulation will begin to occur during a mid- October meeting of the Federal Advisory Committee on Urban Wet Weather Flows (FAC). The FAC meeting will also discuss guidance materials, technical assistance and training materials that must be prepared along with the draft regulation.
