Orange Voters Reject Sales Tax

The electorate in Orange County rejected a one cent sales tax for infrastructure earlier this month by a margin of 56 to 44%. Much of the money generated would have gone for stormwater purposes. The question of reconsidering a stormwater utility will now be discussed by the County Chairman and Commission.
