Chamberlin Elected FASU President

Bill Chamberlin, Chief of the Stormwater Utility Bureau at the City of Orlando, was elected FASU President at the Conference held in St. Petersburg Beach.

Mr. Chamberlin has worked for the City since 1976 and was appointed Chief of the (new) stormwater utility bureau in 1989. His prior service in Orlando was in the City's Public Works and Engineering offices.

A native of Orlando, Mr. Chamberlin received his B.S. degree in Biology from Mercer University and his M.S. in Management from Rollins College. He recently retired from the US Army Reserves at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

In addition to his duties with FASU, he is currently serving as President of the Florida chapter of the American Public Works Association
