July 1997 The Association's Board of Directors is responsible for setting broad policy for the organization and approving its budget. It has two regularly scheduled meetings each year. Representation on the Board is divided by classes of membership. Two representatives of jurisdictions that have established stormwater utilities are elected from within each of the WMD areas. Additionally, representatives are selected from each of the following other membership categories: Water Management Districts; Private Sector; and Associate (non-utility) Members. The two most immediate past presidents also serve on the Board.
