1996-97 Board of Directors Elected

The Association's Board of Directors is responsible for setting broad policy for the organization and approving its budget. It has two regularly scheduled meetings each year.

Representation on the Board is divided by classes of membership. Two representatives of jurisdictions that have established stormwater utilities are elected from within each of the WMD areas. Additionally, one representative is selected from each of the following other membership categories: Water Management Districts; Private Sector; and Associate (non-utility) Members. Past Presidents that continue local government employment also serve on the Board, as do all members of the Executive Committee.
