June 11-13, 2008
FSA's 2008 Annual Conference Theme was “Sustainability
in Stormwater Management” and included topics such as:
Strategies for addressing new Statewide Stormwater rules;
Water Quality Modeling; Innovations in BMPs; MS4 Permitting;
Basin Management Action Plans; and, effective implementation
of the TMDL program. This year's keynote speaker was Robert
Glennon, renowned Water Law Expert and Professor of Law and
Public Policy, Rogers College of Law at the University of
Arizona.
