2007 Winter Conference

The 2007 Winter Conference focused on "Cost Effective Stormwater Strategies." This year's conference was an excellent blend of technical and policy-oriented workshops and general sessions including the impact of the Constitutional Amendment pending on the January ballot, microbial source tracking, BMAPs, the impacts of recycled wastewater on surface water quality.

Who Attended?
The Conference attracted engineers, scientists, managers, policy makers and elected officials throughout Florida looking for innovative solutions to common stormwater problems.

Continuing Education
Florida Professional Engineers attending this conference were eligible for Professional Development Hours (PDHs) on an hour-for-hour basis. Attendees could have earned a total of 8.75 PDHs for the regular conference and an additional 3 PDHs for the pre-conference workshop. (FSA Provider #EXP00021)
