Michael McMillan has provided creative consultation for corporations like Chrysler, Dow Chemical and Motorola, and individuals such as Michael Jordan and Mario Andretti. Michael will share his unique insight about innovation and alternative thinking with FSA, and how his concepts can be applied to water quality improvement programs in Florida.

Honorable Don Ross, Florida Environmental Regulation Commission

Don Ross is a member of the Florida Environmental Regulation Commission, the body responsible for approving most environmental standards in Florida relating to air pollution, water quality and waste management. He is a former member of the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners and is President and CEO of EarthBalance, a leading environmental consulting firm that provides wetlands mitigation and ecosystem restoration services throughout the southeastern United States.
