FSA Winter Conference was held on December 2-3, 2004 at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando. The conference focused on Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) preceded by a special one-day session on TMDL implementation co-sponsored by DEP as well as the four-hour course on Laws, Rules and Ethics for Professional Engineers on December 1st.
