Highlights:

FSA's 2004 Annual Conference focused on Total Maximum Daily Loads. It was an exceptional three days of technical, regulatory and policy sessions on TMDLs.

Wednesday (June 16th) contained pre-conference sessions including a tour of Stormwater projects and Stormwater Education Toolkits.
Thursday and Friday (June 17th and 18th) featured both management/policy and technical/research sessions.
