REGISTRATION DEADLINES AND REFUNDS
Fees for the Conference are listed on the Registration Form. Fees include all course materials, breaks, reception, breakfast and lunches. To qualify for the early registration rate, a completed Registration Form along with a check, Purchase Order number or VISA/MC number must be received by FASU no later than June 4, 2001. Registration forms that include a P.O. or VISA/MC number may be faxed to 850/222-4124. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing prior to June 11, 2001. There will be no refunds granted after June 11th.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The conference is located at the Hawk’s Cay Resort (61 Hawk’s Cay Boulevard) on Duck Key, in the Florida Keys. It is at Mile Marker 61 on the Overseas Highway and about a one-hour drive north of Key West. Visit www.hawkscay.com for more information. A block of rooms is reserved at a rate of $105 single/double occupancy and $225 for Villas. Villas sleep six and have private baths in each bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, dining room and kitchen. All villas have views of the marina. Reserve your sleeping room by calling the hotel at 888/809-7459 prior to May 7th. Additional sleeping rooms are available at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Marina, located at 13201 Overseas Highway in Marathon. The hotel is about six miles from Duck Key. GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The Key West Airport is located 60 miles from Hawks Cay Resort and is serviced by Delta, American, USAir and Continental airlines. Miami International Airport is 90 miles from the resort and is serviced by all major airlines.
